1. Prepaid Wallet Top-Ups
Inovity India Paytech operates strictly on a B2B prepaid utility model. To access our KYC, CIBIL, and verification endpoints, enterprise clients are required to fund a digital wallet mapped to their production API keys.
2. Endpoint Consumption Billing
Our billing engine deducts credits on a per-transaction basis. The operational status of a successful API transaction is defined purely by our system returning a valid HTTP 2xx response carrying the payload from the central registry (e.g., NSDL, VAHAN, Experian).
-
"No Data Found" Responses If you query an invalid PAN, incorrect RC number, or non-existent entity, and the upstream registry successfully responds with a "Not Found" code, the API call is considered successful and will be billed. We charge for the query processing bandwidth, not the guarantee of data availability.
3. Valid Technical Exceptions
We acknowledge that software architectures can occasionally encounter anomalies. Inovity India will process wallet credit reversals (not cash refunds) only under the following strict conditions:
4. Terminations & Forfeitures
In accordance with our Terms of Service and DPDPA commitments, user consent and data handling integrity are paramount.
If Inovity India Paytech suspends or permanently terminates a Client’s production access due to a Terms of Service violation, illegal usage of APIs, lack of verifiable end-user consent, or suspected fraudulent activity, any remaining balance inside the wallet at the time of suspension is immediately and permanently forfeited. No partial refunds will be entertained under compliance breach scenarios.
5. Raising a Billing Dispute
If you notice a discrepancy in your API deduction logs or a top-up failure, you must report it within 72 hours of the transaction timestamp. We heavily penalize illegitimate bank chargebacks without prior communication.
Please include your Merchant ID, Date of Transaction, and Request Payload ID when filing a ticket. Standard resolution time is 3-5 business days.
